⏳ Return Window

You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

📝 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for return.
  • Items like innerwear, masks, or personalized/customized products are not returnable.

🔄 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@bazaarika.in within 2 days of delivery with your order ID and product photo (if damaged).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

🚫 No Refunds If

  • Return request is made after 2 days of delivery.
  • Item is used, washed, or not in original condition.
  • Product categories marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

📦 Exchange Option

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. You can return the item and place a new order separately.

📍 Return Address

Our support team will provide the return shipping address when your request is approved.
